Paint protection film, or PPF, is a clear, tough urethane layer we apply straight over your vehicle’s paint. Once it’s on you won’t really notice it, but it works hard every day, soaking up the small knocks and scratches that would otherwise wreck your finish.
Light scratches heal themselves in the sun. Stone chips that would normally crack your clear coat get stopped by the film instead. Bird droppings, tree sap, road salt and Durban’s strong UV stay off the paint, so your car keeps that fresh, just-bought look for years.

Is the film visible once fitted?
Barely. Clear gloss PPF is virtually invisible and maintains your factory colour and shine. Matte film gives a tasteful satin finish if you prefer that look.
Will PPF damage my paint when removed?
No. Good film that’s been fitted properly comes off cleanly without leaving residue, and your original paint stays protected and intact underneath.
How long does installation take?
It depends on coverage and your vehicle. Full front protection is usually a day; a full vehicle wrap takes longer. We’ll confirm timing with your quote.
Is PPF better than ceramic coating?
They do different jobs. PPF is a thick physical barrier that absorbs impacts, stone chips and scratches. Ceramic coating is a thin chemical layer that adds gloss and hydrophobics but won’t stop a chip. Many clients combine both.

How long does PPF last?
